As a mechanical engineer, I've always been fascinated by how systems work. Early in my career, I realized that some of the biggest opportunities to address climate change aren't abstract, they're hidden inside the buildings, energy systems, and infrastructure we design every day. That realization transformed climate from an environmental issue into an engineering challenge I am passionate to solve.

Climate solutions are rarely technology problems anymore; they're implementation problems. The challenge is bringing together owners, designers, contractors, operators, and other stakeholders around a shared vision and then delivering something that actually works in the real world.

Sustainability and business performance are converging. Clients aren't asking whether they should pursue decarbonization, they're asking how fast they can move and what impact they can achieve. Being able to help guide that transformation is both incredibly rewarding and a tremendous opportunity.
