Rosa Scheepers

Rosa Scheepers is a People and Operations leader in the climate space, currently with Carbon Direct. A longtime community builder and connector, Rosa is driven by her passion for climate action and inclusive networks.

Since moving to Seattle in 2019, she has continued to foster connections and thrives on creating shared purpose at the intersection of climate action and queer identity. With a career rooted in People & Culture, she draws inspiration from the brilliant minds tackling the climate crisis. Outside of work, Rosa enjoys exploring the PNW with her spouse, whom she met at Stonewall in NYC a decade ago, and their dog, June. Together, they love discovering Seattle’s incredible food scene.
